Note: The following information applies exclusively to the Cody Stampede and does not pertain to the Cody Nite Rodeo.
The "Buzzard Roost" is the premier seating section at Stampede Park, offering an exclusive and comfortable viewing experience. Located on the north side of the arena, directly above the rough stock chutes, the Buzzard Roost provides an unmatched vantage point for watching the rodeo's most exciting events. Box seating is renewed annually for our boxholders and is not available as a one-time purchase.
Box Holder Benefits:
- Comfortable Seating: Equipped with armrests and backrests for maximum comfort.
- Exclusive Section: Reserved area with name placards (available during Stampede Week only).
- Convenient Access: Direct access to restrooms, food stands, and beer stations.
- Prime Viewing: Exceptional views of the rough stock events.
- Special Gate Access: Priority entry for boxholders.
- Annual Retention: Keep your box every year, subject to renewal.
Box Holder Requirements:
- Annual Purchase: Boxholders are required to purchase their box for the entire duration of Stampede Week (all seats, all five days).
- Minimum Commitment: New boxholders must commit to a minimum of two years for their box purchase.
- Non-Transferable: Boxes are not transferable. If a box is canceled, it is offered to the next individual on the waiting list.
- Profit Restrictions: Boxholders may not sell their seats for more than the face value. If seats are resold, they must not exceed the original ticket price.
- Compliance with Policies: Random audits will be conducted during Stampede Week to ensure compliance with these regulations. Any boxholder found selling tickets above face value will immediately forfeit their box and will not receive a refund. Additionally, tickets for the remaining rodeos will be deactivated.
